The QUMAT® – 628 is a device for measuring the relaxation of: Plastic films, composites, fabrics, paper, (all materials up to 3mm thickness), … This measuring device was developed and built according to DIN EN 61340-2-1 (2016-07) after the old DIN became invalid.

Overview of the procedure:

A sample is cut out (approx. 12 x 12 ^cm2).
The sample is clamped in the QUMAT®-628 and registered on the PC.
The measurement is started.
