Terms of sale and delivery

Internet prices are subject to change, in EURO, excluding VAT, which will be charged separately.
The prices listed are valid in the Federal Republic of Germany. Deviations may result from currency fluctuations or changes in manufacturer prices.

The online offer of QUMA Elektronik & Analytik GmbH is a business-to-business (B2B) offer and is therefore aimed at tradespeople and freelancers as well as universities and other public clients, but expressly not at private customers.

Germany: Delivery is freight collect (EXW Wuppertal, INCOTERMS 2010). We charge a shipping and packaging fee, which is stated on the order confirmation.

Abroad (EU and third countries): Delivery EXW Wuppertal, INCOTERMS 2010. If no specification is made by the buyer, we will determine the carrier and charge the buyer the shipping costs and all additional costs incurred.

Payment: Germany/abroad: Will be indicated on the order confirmation.

Complaints: Are possible within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. They must be reported to us in writing in all cases. The goods may only be returned with our consent. In the event of justified defects, we have the choice of replacing the goods, repairing them or refunding the purchase price. Complaints do not entitle the buyer to suspend payment. Any further claims for damages on the part of the buyer are excluded unless they are the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct. In the event of grossly negligent or intentional breach of our contractual or statutory obligations, our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage; we shall not assume any liability for consequential damages. Claims under the Product Liability Act are not affected by the above provision. If the price bid is obviously based on an incorrect price due to transmission errors, we shall be entitled to make a subsequent price correction. If the customer rejects this correction or if no agreement can be reached between the contracting parties, we shall be entitled – to the extent permitted by law – to withdraw from the contract at any time, which must be notified.

Warranty: Complies with the statutory provisions. However, the manufacturer’s guarantee/warranty of one year applies to commercial products.

Retention of title exists until the goods have been paid for in full.
The place of performance and jurisdiction is Wuppertal.
We reserve the right to make technical changes.
Reproduction, even in part, requires our written permission.
We accept no liability for printing errors.
