The QFID®-100HR is a GC headspace combination (35cm space requirement). Operation is simple and easy. The QFID®-100HR is therefore ideal for continuous product monitoring during operation.

Operation does NOT require specialist personnel! Not even the calibration!

Workflow:

1. Seal a defined quantity of sample (e.g. 50 cm² foil; or x g sample) in an HSS bottle.
2. Place this sample in the QFID®-100HR, log in and press the Enter button. DONE!
3. The measuring device now analyzes the sample(s) and displays the result, e.g. in mg/m². Up to 16 samples can be analyzed automatically.

Functional description:

The QFID®-100HR works completely independently. The system recognizes whether 2 or e.g. 5 samples are logged in.
The samples are tempered for a defined period of time. The QFID®-100HR then analyzes the gas space (headspace) of the sample bottle.
A separating column separates the individual components. The internal FID detects the substances and a PC backs up all the data.
This makes it possible to identify and quantify 20 components in 10 minutes. Other components, such as those shown here, can also be analyzed. You will find an overview of our calibration standards in our spare parts store.

The connected Windows PC processes the signals and generates a report, usually in mg/m2.
Other relevant production data such as order number, reel number, etc. are integrated into the report (and also saved as a PDF).
It is possible to transfer the results to another PC (server).
